Home/Support

Help that stays inside the wallet.

No email support. No ticket portal on the web. Open the app, go to Settings → Support, and talk to the team in one private thread.

Support is app-only by design. We do not run an email desk, and we will never ask you to send a recovery phrase, private key or password. The conversation stays attached to a random install ID — not an email address.

Open Settings

In Tor Wallet, tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Support

Under About, choose Support. It opens a private thread handled by the admin team.

Start a conversation

Write a subject and a message. Replies appear in the same panel — no email is sent.

Before you write

A good report gets a faster answer.

  • App version — Settings → Version.
  • Android version and device model.
  • What happened and what you expected instead.
  • Steps to reproduce, in order.
  • Tor state — Protected, Connecting or Offline.

What not to send

Never send a recovery phrase, private key or password. No legitimate support process needs them. If you already sent one, move your funds to a new wallet immediately and treat the old wallet as compromised.

Security reports

Use the in-app Support panel with a subject beginning with Security. Include the app version, Android version, reproduction steps and impact. Use a freshly generated test wallet; never send a real recovery phrase. We do not offer a paid bug bounty.

Response policy

The admin team reads every ticket. Replies appear in the app, usually within a few days. We do not provide telephone support, Telegram support or remote screen-sharing. Anyone offering those is not us.
